"The Grandfather" My Tree Trunk Paragraph

Like the narrator in “The Grandfather” by Gary Soto, I believe that my family is as strong as a tree trunk. I consider Kristanna, to be my family. She is my family because since I moved into girls 2 she has helped me and been there for me. She gives me strength by being there when I cried or when I had a bad day. An example of a time when I depended on her was when I wanted to fight someone because they pissed me off for a dumb reason. When I was crying because rge result of me wanting to fight that person someone got mad at me, Kristanna was there to talk to me and to tell me to stop crying. A tree symbolizes family because family is always together and they can be pushed to the edge but rarely will the leave the family,
