My UnGoogleable Research for an Eight-Year Old

Some people say that the foster system is a good thing and helps all foster youth, but my question is does the system really help? My three smaller questions are is the foster system always good for a foster youth? Is being in an area where people pretend to be your parents? My last question is how the statistics for foster youth are the way they are? It is good to know these things because then older people could then know how to really help us, and if the rich people’s money is really going to a good cause.
