"The Storyteller" Another Point of View

Prompt B: Retell one part of “The Storyteller” using first-person narration from one of character’s point of view. Provide plenty specific of thoughts and feelings.


            My aunt was telling me, my little sister and little brother, a super boring story. They story was about a good little girl, and the story just made us all want to lie down and sleep. My sister seemed more interested in are in the carriage; my brother was just sitting there and singing his stupid song. I wish my aunt would just shut up, there is so many other stories she had told us, and they were all the same. When the story was over, I was disappointed. The man in the back of the carriage started to talk; he said that he could do a better story. I wanted the man to tell me an interesting story, one that is fun and exciting not like the entire little good girl stories auntie tells me. The man started to tell us the story…

Common and Proper Nouns Tourist Paragraph

People like to travel to cities to see the great world, and have adventures. They go as a group, as a family, or just by themselves, maybe trying to escape their wives or girlfriends! A city a lot people like to visit is Rome, because it is where the great battles happens and where some people find love. A lot of movies are based on Rome too, like Gladiator. Another city is Paris, people go to see the view, tower, and the variety of food, one of the Rush Hour movies are in Paris. A third place people like to visit is Las Vegas, because its where there is always a party, to gamble, to drink, to have fun. The funny movies are in Las Vegas, "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" All these cities have in common is, that they all are known for history or bright lights!
